Yunnan Tianyao Chemical Co., Ltd. is a company , affiliated to Yuntianhua group, specialized in the research, manufacture and distribution of fine phosphorus chemical products including Polyphosphoric Acid (PPA), food & technical grade Phosphoric Acid , Ammonium Polyphosphate (APP) and other organic phosphorus based products.
With the knowledge and technical supports from Yunnan Chemical Research Institute, affiliated to Yuntianhua group as well, Tianyao has successfully used the "Thermal Polyphosphoric Acid Technology" to build a plant with the capability of 7000 MT/a equal to 10000 MT/a food grade Phosphoric Acid, and also has built an Ammonium Polyphosphate plant with the capability of 1000 MT/a based on the National 863 Science Programme. We have possessed advanced equipment, first-class technology and high automation levels.
Consistently, we always focus on creating value for customers and continue to develop innovative technology and improve service to address specific customer applications, and have won a great reputation from customers both in China and abroad. Nowadays, we have become one of the largest suppliers of Polyphosphoric Acid with the high quality in the world and cover a broad range of applications including catalysts for petrochemical industry, pharmacy, flame retardant, pigment, and other fine chemistry industries. Meanwhile, Ammonium Polyphosphate also acts as high quality flame retardant in coatings, textiles and plastic industries.

Company History
Although Tianyao Chemical Co., Ltd is a new company, its roots stem back to 1995, when the Yunnan Chemical Institute constructed the first “Thermal Process Polyphosphoric Acid” pilot plant in China. After couples of years, the technology has been improved and met conditions to industrialize.
As a consequence of YTH Group’s decision to develop the fine phosphor chemicals in a big way and consider it as one of its core activities, the opportunity arose for Yunnan Chemical Institute to effect a scale-up of the PPA pilot plant.
After the careful market research, YTH Group, Yunnan Chemical Institute and Yunnan Xinhuang Investment Co., Ltd came to the investment agreement and established Yunnan Tianyao Chemical Co., Ltd. |
